Our client, a highly respected organisation in the environmental and social impact sector, is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the Strategic Communications team and its Executive Manager.

This half‑day role is ideal for a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives in a values‑driven environment and enjoys contributing to work that makes a meaningful difference.

The Opportunity

You will be at the heart of the communications function — ensuring the smooth running of meetings, managing diaries, coordinating travel, and supporting events and projects that connect people to purpose. The role demands exceptional organisational ability, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills to liaise across teams and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential and professional administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Manager and team.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events — managing logistics, invitations, minutes, and catering.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including domestic and international bookings, itineraries, and scheduling.
  • Assist with financial administration: processing invoices, tracking budgets, and liaising with service providers.
  • Support the production and distribution of marketing and branding materials.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and office records.
  • Ensure seamless office coordination, including correspondence, document preparation, and day‑to‑day management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience, including financial administration.
  • Relevant administrative or business qualification.
