Main Responsibilities:
- Sell new vehicles to customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide accurate product information, including specifications, financing options, and promotions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Follow up on leads from various sources, including walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, dealership procedures, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or a related sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Enthusiasm for vehicles and the automotive industry.
- Valid driver’s license.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) and automotive finance options.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer demand.
