You’ll be supporting strategic projects within the Global Transaction Banking (GTB) space, assisting senior management with executive reporting, project coordination, and data analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career internationally in a supportive and innovative environment.
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of business and banking-related projects.
- Develop executive reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Manage and track project costs and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data related to GTB solutions, including payments and commercial financing products.
- Support project planning activities and contribute to agile ceremonies and delivery cycles.
- Utilise tools such as JIRA, ALM, and Microsoft Teams for day-to-day project coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team and business.
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a consulting or business analysis role.
- Previous involvement in banking projects (especially GTB, payments, or supply chain finance like Confirming or Factoring) is a strong plus.
- Exposure to project management practices; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a bonus.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, ALM, and MS Teams.
- Strong computer literacy and data handling skills.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1) - written and spoken.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Spain (relocation support available).
