A culinary staffing agency is seeking a Banquet Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in daily operations and supervise kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in a high-volume kitchen and the ability to work irregular hours. This role is crucial for maintaining high food quality standards during banquet events.
Banquet Sous Chef to join the culinary team. The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. The Sous Chef will assist in overseeing all kitchen operations including training, quality controls inspection, food safety assurance and supervising all kitchen personnel in order to ensure the highest standards of food quality.
