Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and organized HR/Admin Executive to join our Ground Operations Division at the airport. This is a pivotal role responsible for handling a wide range of human resources and administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of ground operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working efficiently in a high-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support to the Ground Operations HR department.

  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for ground staff.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee files, attendance, shifts, and leave requests.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments on staff scheduling and duty roster management.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to in daily operations.

  • Organize and support training sessions, orientation programs, and employee development activities.

  • Assist in payroll processing and maintain confidential salary data.

  • Serve as a point of contact between HR and ground staff, resolving day-to-day HR-related issues.

  • Oversee general administrative duties including filing, procurement of office supplies, and coordination with airport authorities.

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits or internal reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.

Experience
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in aviation, logistics, or a similar high-paced industry.

  • Experience working in an airport or ground operations environment is highly desirable.

Working Hours
  • Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

  • Standard working hours: 8 hours/day, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
