Handle incoming customer calls and provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries and complaints.
Assist customers with product or service-related questions, technical issues, and order processing.
Communicate clearly in both Hindi and English to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Fluency in Hindi and English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and basic troubleshooting tools.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.
Clear and pleasant voice with good phone etiquette.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or call center environment, preferably in a voice process role.
Experience working remotely is an advantage but not mandatory.
Full-time position with flexible shifts available to accommodate 24/7 customer support.
Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Typical shift duration: 8 hours with scheduled breaks.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to stay calm and professional during challenging interactions.
Familiarity with remote work tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar communication platforms.
