Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Paarl is looking for a dedicated ICT Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement of CAPEX and OPEX purchases. You will be responsible for managing financial controls and stakeholder relations in the ICT procurement environment. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in ICT procurement and a background in financial administration. To manage and administer the procurement of CAPEX and OPEX purchases.
- Perform ICT Procurement for Mediclinic and all Subsidiaries
- Conduct financial control and management of ICT CAPEX and OPEX budgets for Mediclinic and all Subsidiaries
- Perform ICT Procurement for Dr’s Recruitment within Mediclinic
- Manage key account and stakeholder relations related ICT procurement environment
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
- Grade 12 or Certificate/Diploma in ICT or 3-5 years' experience within an ICT procurement environment
DESIRED EDUCATION :
- Diploma or Higher Education Certificate
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a ICT Procurement environment
- At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Admin and control environment
- Financial control (reconciliations, creditors process, regulatory requirements)
- Procurement cycle
- Supply chain management principles in the ICT equipment procurement environment
- Procurement of Capital Investments
- Procurement general administration, planning and logistics
- Mediclinic product offerings
- Central Database (H-Drive)
- Insurance Claims
- Computer literate (eg. Microsoft Office suite)
