MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To manage and administer the procurement of CAPEX and OPEX purchase s.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Perform ICT Procurement for Mediclinic and all Subsidiaries
  • Conduct financial control and management of ICT CAPEX and OPEX budgets for Mediclinic and all Subsidiaries
  • Perform ICT Procurement for Dr’s Recruitment within Mediclinic
  • Manage key account and stakeholder relations related ICT procurement environment
REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

  • Grade 12 or Certificate/Diploma in ICT or 3-5 years' experience within an ICT procurement environment

DESIRED EDUCATION :

  • Diploma or Higher Education Certificate
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a ICT Procurement environment
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Admin and control environment
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Financial control (reconciliations, creditors process, regulatory requirements)
  • Procurement cycle
  • Supply chain management principles in the ICT equipment procurement environment
  • Procurement of Capital Investments
  • Procurement general administration, planning and logistics

  • Central Database (H-Drive)
  • Insurance Claims
