POSITION OVERVIEW

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimize multi‑channel B2B marketing. This role will manage digital initiatives across platforms such as email, social media, paid advertising and web to drive brand awareness, strengthen market authority and generate qualified leads. You’ll leverage analytics and performance insights to refine strategies ensuring maximum ROI and continuous growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute SEO, PPC and LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting B2B audiences.
  • Assist with email nurturing and automation workflows.
  • Support content campaigns including webinars and case studies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports.
  • Research industry trends and competitors for optimization insights.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment including a phone, copier and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects; move objects from place to place; hold onto objects and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
