Job summary
A leading telecom company in Johannesburg is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to manage enterprise client relationships and ensure satisfaction. The role focuses on building and overseeing a portfolio of enterprise business customers, onboarding new clients, and maximizing revenue opportunities. You should have strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of enterprise needs. Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years' experience in Key Account Management or similar roles.
- Thorough understanding of Herotel networks and the challenges thereof.
