To own the data analysis, improve and redesign processes from current state assessments to post-implementation support to deliver an improvement in efficiency, high levels of standardization, and straight-through processing with defined exception management.

The ideal candidate should be a subject matter expert with experience in:

• System migrations
• Data and insights
• Process improvements to support and drive reporting processes with their team

• Relevant degree (IT, Informatics, Data Science, or equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Business Analysis, data modelling, and/or data analysis
• Experience in an Agile software development environment
• Experience with AI and Machine Learning preferred
• Ability to operate independently in high transaction, complex environments
• Knowledge of business process mapping systems like Lucid and Bizagi, and standard systems such as Microsoft Suite and Jira

• Gathering requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops, meetings, research, and interviews
• Analyzing data, writing and interpreting queries, and using tools like QlikView, PowerBI, Excel, SQL, and databases
• Creating visual representations of processes, conducting workshops, and identifying process improvements
• Developing and implementing process metrics and reports
• Conducting root cause analysis and mapping business processes
• Driving process adoption and compliance, and managing change
• Leading technical teams, mentoring stakeholders, and contributing to project planning
• Monitoring and evaluating performance of solutions, and recommending improvements
• Supporting organizational change with training and support
