Job Purpose:

The project involves documenting the AS-IS processes across the business. We are seeking a self-starter, as the IT team is quite small. Retail experience is a MUST. Oracle ERP experience is beneficial. The ideal candidate should be strong, independent, and proficient in documentation.

Requirements:

1. Collaborate with team members to define and implement business processes, including system needs identification.
2. Design and implement systems supporting organizational goals.
3. Assess whether processes should be duplicated or integrated into existing systems.
4. Compile reports and presentations on progress toward business goals.
5. Generate detailed reports on discrepancies between actual and target values.
6. Ensure all procedures are current and follow established methodologies.
7. Update databases and information systems; support IT projects and strategic data management.
8. Create and maintain technical and functional specifications; provide technical support, training, and coaching.
9. Analyze business processes for improvement opportunities.
10. Document processes, analyze findings, and make recommendations.
11. Conduct process reviews with management to ensure data accuracy and currency.
12. Collaborate with project teams to set up systems, services, and processes.
13. Potentially perform data migration and cleansing for enterprise architecture.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
2. At least 8 years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on development and/or technical support.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well within an IT environment.
4. Retail experience is a MUST.
5. Oracle ERP experience is beneficial.
