NOW HIRING: Accounts Payable Administrator (Creditors Clerk)

Our client, a leading international manufacturer and supplier of specialty ingredients and commodities, is seeking a full function Accounts Payable Administrator for local suppliers and payments.

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in creditors financial role (essential)
• Relevant Diploma in Financial Administration or related (essential)
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (essential)
• Attention to Detail and Accuracy (essential)
• Reliable and Trustworthy (essential)
• Crim and Credit clear (essential)
• Own Transport (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Process Management including;
• Accounts Payable Reconciliation
• Invoice and Credit Note processing and authorization
• Preparation of Accruals Listings
• Processing Payments & sending of Remittances.
• Maintenance of vendor files.
• Internal & External Audit Assistance
• Preparation of Ad-Hoc Reports

Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Rate:R25 000-R 30 000 Per Month*
