Risk and Compliance Administrator

The Risk and Compliance Administrator provides professional legal and administrative support to the business, ensuring effective delivery of research, contract management, due diligence, policy review, and compliance monitoring. The role assists in maintaining the organisation's legal integrity, supports policy and risk framework development, and ensures adherence to legislation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Local SA citizen
  • Degree in LLB | Compliance | Risk Management or Business Administration
  • Exposure to POPIA, FICA, Companies Act, King IV governance principles, or similar regulatory frameworks
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in this role
Technical Competencies
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and legislation – an understanding of legal principles and ability to interpret legislation
  • Knowledge of Company Law including The Competition Act, Companies Act, global data protection and anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption laws, general legislation and legal processes
  • Knowledge of the requirements, implementation and application of FAIS, FICA and PoPIA
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services
  • Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Power Point
