• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell across the full company product suite (cables, connectors, racks, networking infrastructure).
• Drive growth initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia by identifying new project opportunities within factory and building developments.
• Build and strengthen relationships with main contractors, M&E contractors, system integrators, consultants, and developers.
• Track, qualify, and pursue tenders, specifications, and BOQ opportunities related to ELV, LV, and control cabling projects.
• Develop and implement yearly sales plans to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and supply contracts with key customers.
• Partner with technical and logistics teams to ensure accurate quotations, timely deliveries, and strong project execution support.
• Engage with suppliers and brand principals on project specifications and solution approvals.

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in M&E project sales, factory automation, or building system integration.
• Solid understanding of ELV and LV systems
• Strong network within the M&E ecosystem — contractors, consultants, developers, and system integrators.
• Highly self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in cross-border environments.
