Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to produce design planning for commercial MEP drawings. Responsibilities include liaising with clients on rough plans and conceptualizing drawings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, 2-4 years of experience in various MEP drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong communication skills with clients and contractors are essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of experience in office, shopping centre, data centre, server room and retail MEP drawings.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc jobs as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Produce design planning for commercial MEP drawings.
• Liaise with clients' rough plans and conceptualize in drawings.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD

Communication skills

Knowledge in Commercial sector of M&E drawing
