We are Spaceman, Singapore's most exciting furniture brand specialising in unique and exciting space saving furniture. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our order processing, factory coordination, and logistics operations.

This role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, produced on time, and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and input customer orders accurately into the system
  • Send confirmed orders to factories and liaise closely with suppliers on production timelines
  • Check factory invoices for accuracy against orders and quotations
  • Coordinate shipments, including booking freight, tracking shipments, and managing documentation
  • Arrange local deliveries and installations, working with logistics partners
  • Monitor order status from confirmation to final delivery
  • Resolve operational issues related to orders, production, shipping, or delivery
  • Maintain clear records of orders, invoices, and shipments
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations, order processing, or logistics (furniture or retail industry preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders at different stages
  • Experience liaising with factories, suppliers, or overseas manufacturers is an advantage
  • Familiarity with invoices, shipping documents, and basic accounting checks
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using order management systems, spreadsheets, and email
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of operations processes
