Accounts and HR Admin Support Executive
Accounts / Finance Support
  • Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
  • Update staff claims.
  • Maintain proper documentation for accounting and audit purposes.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, Journal and petty cash management.
  • Support daily operation matters and month-end closing activities.
Human Resources (HR)
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file maintenance.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other official correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Administer staff benefits, insurance matters, and medical claims.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and MOM regulations.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate documentation.
  • Assist in performance appraisal coordination and training administration.
Administration
  • Oversee general office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Support company events and perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
