About the job

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance &Office Coordinator to join our growing team in Singapore.

As part of an international luxury lighting brand known for combining art, design, and technology, you will support our finance operations and ensure the seamless running of our office and showroom.

What You’ll Get to Do
  • Support daily finance operations, includingonline payments and invoice management.
  • Coordinate with our Head Office in the CzechRepublic on payments and financial processes.
  • Prepare and maintain simple cash flow overviewsand assist with financial reporting.
  • Communicate with external accountants andauditors as needed.
  • Assist with office administration, internalcoordination, and document organization.
  • Help ensure the showroom is ready for customervisits, events, and presentations.
  • Provide occasional support for sales, marketing,and customs clearance tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with a global team andcontribute to the smooth daily operations of the Singapore office.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong English and clear Mandarin communicationskills (spoken and written).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financeprinciples, including cash flow and VAT.
  • Experience handling invoices, payments, andonline banking.
  • Awareness of international finance and trade(knowledge of Incoterms is a plus).
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word,Outlook); ERP experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilitieswith attention to detail.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness totake initiative.
