The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays.

1. Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion.

2. Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach a wider audience.

3. Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, email, and in‑person interactions.
Provide product/service information, address inquiries, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Gather customer feedback to improve products/services and enhance the customer experience.

4. Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services and address client needs effectively.

5. Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
