Operational Manager | Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Manager to oversee multiple brands under TAP, manage TikTok backend operations, and drive performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, Meta and Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and data-driven marketing strategies to optimize brand performance and maximize sales. The ideal candidate must be able to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand visibility, improve conversions, and achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage TikTok Shop backend operations, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and TikTok Live optimization to drive sales performance.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and SEM to increase brand reach and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Plan and execute multi-brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals, competitive positioning, and market trends.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance, customer acquisition funnels, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok Analytics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify new opportunities for growth, customer engagement, and sales optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, content creators, and influencers to enhance brand engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with overseas teams to ensure seamless execution of global marketing campaigns and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or brand management, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Myanmar, Thai, English, and Chinese, as this role involves managing multiple markets that require these language capabilities.
  • Expertise in TikTok Shop backend, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and SEM with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize marketing strategies for sales growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, execute complex marketing strategies, and drive measurable results.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
