Job summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Leadership & Strategy

Develop a compelling brand vision that reflects our educational philosophy, values, and long-term strategic direction.

Strengthen brand consistency across all campuses, digital touchpoints, and public communications.

Build and evolve our brand story to authentically connect with parents, partners, educators, and communities.

2. Growth, Marketing & Market Expansion

Lead data-driven growth initiatives, including enrolment marketing, parent acquisition funnels, and regional expansion strategies.

Identify new market opportunities, audience segments, and partnership possibilities.

Develop multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, social, content, PR, community engagement, and events.

3. Customer / Parent Experience & Community Engagement

Champion a seamless, high-trust parent journey from first contact through enrolment and alumni engagement.

Develop insights-driven parent communication systems and elevate touchpoints across the entire family lifecycle.

Work with school heads and teams to build authentic community relationships and strengthen parent loyalty.

4. Digital Transformation & Innovation

Oversee digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics for measurable ROI.

Lead innovation initiatives including content platforms, digital storytelling, AI-enhanced communication, and modern brand experiences.

Promote a culture of experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

5. Team Leadership & Organisational Influence

Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team with clarity, empathy, and accountability.

Partner closely with CEO, school leaders, admissions, operations, and curriculum teams to drive organisation-wide alignment.

Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.

Foster a culture of purpose, excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

6. Governance, Budgeting & Performance

Manage marketing budgets strategically to maximise impact and sustainability.

Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.

Ensure all marketing initiatives uphold brand integrity, operational compliance, and responsible communication.

Qualifications & Requirements

Academic & Professional Background

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or related field from a top global university (e.g., US, UK, Japan, China, Asia-Pacific elite institutions).

  • 5–6 years of executive management experience leading marketing teams, with demonstrated success in strategic roles.

Core Competencies

Proven track record in brand building, digital strategy, storytelling, and customer experience design.

Strong command of English, Chinese, and Japanese—essential for multicultural communication and regional expansion.

Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategies while delivering short-term measurable outcomes.

Strong analytical capability, comfortable with data, metrics, and performance optimisation.
