Roles & Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan holistic marketing strategies for campaigns and events.
• Conduct market research to identify audience needs, behaviors, and trends.
• Curate and script social media content (e.g., reels, skits, short‑form storytelling).
• Design promotional materials (digital + print) to increase awareness and engagement.
• Execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising platforms.
• Produce compelling content that communicates Omnia Office’s services clearly and creatively.
• Craft captivating social media posts and newsletters to support brand visibility and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize marketing budgets for both online and offline initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing and social media trends.
• Attend relevant conferences and learning events to grow professionally.
• Contribute strategic insights to help increase company revenue and brand reach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Highly self‑motivated, meticulous, and passionate about both digital and offline marketing.
• Proficient in editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Social media savvy, updated with trends, formats, and platforms.
