We’re growing, and we’re looking for exceptional talent to come onboard as Acquisition Marketing Specialist for our Singapore business.

Mission

Your mission is to drive cost‑efficient acquisition growth for MoneySmart Singapore across performance marketing channels. You’ll lead all commercial and brand‑focused campaigns across paid search, social, display, affiliate, and other performance‑driven platforms. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing, data‑driven acquisition engine that balances short‑term campaign execution with long‑term sustainable growth. While performance campaigns will be a major focus, you’ll also work closely with teams across content, social, retention, and product to align acquisition efforts with brand and business outcomes. You will report into the Acquisition Marketing Lead and lead a small team of performance marketers to scale new user growth in a strategic, test‑and‑learn environment.

Responsibilities
  • Optimise search and social campaigns with the guidance and support of the Acquisitions Lead.
  • Execute test & learn campaigns and report on them as defined by the acquisitions lead as well as proactively suggest new areas of optimisation.
  • Own your own personal up‑skilling in areas such as campaign optimisation, usage of analytics platforms and AI.
  • Proactively adopt AI within your processes and up‑skill yourself.
  • Own end‑to‑end weekly reporting and forecasts for the business unit assigned to you.
  • Coordinate and execute performance marketing campaigns; from brief to delivery and reporting.
  • Support delivery of sponsored content and Media Sales campaigns.
  • Manage the email marketing calendar and coordinate with various stakeholders on delivery and reporting.
Skills Required
  • Ability to project manage multiple acquisition campaigns concurrently.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and approvals as well as ensure, diligent and timely delivery of acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience in Google AdWords, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Braze is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience building dashboards and defining core performance metrics is a plus.
  • Comfortable using basic AI tools like ChatGPT / Claude in marketing tasks.
  • Openness to learn and up‑skill in this area.
  • Strong communication to share performance insights with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate acquisition metrics into actionable business recommendations.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance or acquisition marketing, preferably in a fintech, e‑commerce, marketing agency or tech company.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns end to end in‑house or in an agency setting.
  • Experience using customer engagement platforms like Braze is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO, etc.) are a bonus.
