Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role also involves creating loyalty programs and utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance customer engagement. Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong knowledge of paid media. The position offers a salary of up to S$4.2k monthly plus incentives and a hybrid work arrangement.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally regional or multi-market exposure.
- Strong knowledge of paid media, including search and social performance.
- Experience in customer loyalty and personalization marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve digital marketing across platforms like Google and social media.
- Run A/B tests to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Create loyalty programs to boost customer retention.

Position: Senior Executive, Digital Marketing (Regional)
Salary: up to 4.2k + Quarterly incentive + AWS + VB
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid working arrangement)
Lead, experiment, and elevate regional performance.
Work with regional sales offices, internal teams, and external partners to deliver data-driven campaigns
Attract, convert, build loyalty and maximize customer lifetime value
Manage and improve digital marketing efforts across platforms (Google, social media, SEO).
Run A/B tests and optimize funnels to enhance user experience and conversion.
Work closely with sales teams to keep online strategies competitive in the region.
- Create and roll out loyalty programs and marketing campaigns to boost customer retention.
- Use behavioral data and AI tools to deliver targeted, personalized content.
- Drive customer‑first strategies that support long‑term brand loyalty.
- Monitor competitors and track the performance of digital campaigns.
- Build user-friendly dashboards with real‑time data to support decision-making.
- Test and implement AI tools (e.g., chatbots, personalization engines) to improve results and efficiency.
- 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing (ideally regional or multi‑market exposure)
- Strong knowledge of paid media (search, social, performance)
- Experience in e‑commerce, loyalty marketing, and personalization
- Analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear, practical actions
- Interest or experience in using AI‑driven marketing tools
- Familiarity with CMS or e‑commerce platforms like Sitecore (a plus)
- Proactive and adaptable team player with strong communication skills
