What You’ll Do
Commercial Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor sales, revenue, and adoption metrics for insurance products.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and insights to support strategic decisions.
Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to drive awareness and product uptake.
  • Ensure campaign materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, finance, ops) to align on initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners including insurers, brokers, and regulators.
  • Facilitate seamless cross-functional execution and ensure regulatory compliance.
What You Bring
Background & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in insurance, fintech, lending, finance, or digital platforms.
  • Proven experience in commercial analysis, marketing coordination, or stakeholder management.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with CRM platforms and campaign tracking tools.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products and financial metrics.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
