Position: Senior Executive, Digital Marketing (Regional)

Salary: up to 4.2k + Quarterly incentive + AWS + VB

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid working arrangement)

Job Description

Manage and improve digital marketing efforts across platforms (Google, social media, SEO).

Run A/B tests and optimize funnels to enhance user experience and conversion.

Work closely with sales teams to keep online strategies competitive in the region.

Loyalty & Customer Engagement
  • Create and roll out loyalty programs and marketing campaigns to boost customer retention.
  • Use behavioral data and AI tools to deliver targeted, personalized content.
  • Drive customer‑first strategies that support long‑term brand loyalty.
  • Monitor competitors and track the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Build user-friendly dashboards with real‑time data to support decision-making.
  • Test and implement AI tools (e.g., chatbots, personalization engines) to improve results and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing (ideally regional or multi‑market exposure)
  • Strong knowledge of paid media (search, social, performance)
  • Experience in e‑commerce, loyalty marketing, and personalization
  • Analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear, practical actions
  • Interest or experience in using AI‑driven marketing tools
  • Familiarity with CMS or e‑commerce platforms like Sitecore (a plus)
  • Proactive and adaptable team player with strong communication skills
