What You’ll Do
Commercial Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor sales, revenue, and adoption metrics for insurance products.
- Prepare performance dashboards and insights to support strategic decisions.
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to drive awareness and product uptake.
- Ensure campaign materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track campaign effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, finance, ops) to align on initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external partners including insurers, brokers, and regulators.
- Facilitate seamless cross-functional execution and ensure regulatory compliance.
What You Bring
Background & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in insurance, fintech, lending, finance, or digital platforms.
- Proven experience in commercial analysis, marketing coordination, or stakeholder management.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with CRM platforms and campaign tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and financial metrics.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
