Job summary

A technology solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide admin support for customer orders and inquiries. Ideal candidates will have a Life Science degree and 1-3 years of experience in similar roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are essential. Minimum Qualification: Life Science related Degree.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, including email and telephone.

Should be highly organized and capable of managing time and schedules efficiently.

Polite, responsible and respectful in all interactions.

Friendly, and customer service oriented.

Well-suited for individuals who work well in a collaborative business team environment with members of different specializations (from sales to procurement, engineers and technical experts).

Experience and Responsibilities:

1-3 years' experience in Sales Support, Administrative Assistance, or Customer Service, preferably in a Life Sciences or Laboratory Products environment.

Provide sales admin support for processing customer orders, quotations, and purchase requests.

Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability, lead times, and shipping details.

Prepare sales-related documentation including quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.

Assist the sales manager with customer relationship management, tender submissions, and promotional activities.

Setting and managing timely reminders to ensure follow-ups, meetings, and customer engagements are conducted as scheduled.

9am to 6pm

Monday to Friday
