1. Collaborate with the front-end marketing team to assist in Pre-Qualification (PQ) processes.
2. Support the Marketing and Business Development teams in discussions with customers and consultants regarding clarity issues, PQ criteria, and technical discussions.
3. Understand and interpret tender requirements related to Pre-Qualification processes.
4. Prepare comprehensive Pre-Qualification documents covering general, financial, and technical requirements, ensuring compliance with bid submission guidelines.
5. Analyze competitors and generate reports on their references and credentials to aid strategic decisions.
6. Maintain and update databases of completed projects in collaboration with project and planning departments.
7. Lead the preparation of prequalification documents for municipal and industrial tenders to secure contracts and demonstrate company capabilities.
8. Manage pre-bid and post-bid queries, coordinating with the marketing team for responses.
9. Develop and monitor the proposal plan.
10. Assist marketing in discussions with customers and consultants on technical issues.
11. Prepare bid indexes, facilitate team collaboration to gather inputs, and compile comprehensive bids for submission.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in tendering water treatment projects
• Experience working in a team environment
• Positive, result-driven mindset with good business acumen
• Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
