About the role
Join our dynamic team at Pacific Tech Pte Ltd as an Inside Sales Specialist. This full-time role is crucial in driving business growth, as you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. You'll be an integral part of our sales team, focused on delivering exceptional service and achieving ambitious sales targets.

What you'll be doing

1. To service and provide call-in customers on their needs on products we have;
2. To follow up on quotations and enquiries;
3. To generate sales and improve customer loyalty and retention;
4. To prepare quotations and sales orders;
5. To maintain accurate records of customers’ contact base;
6. To coordinate logistics and delivery, order processing, and other ad-hoc duties assigned;
7. Able to take high volume workload; and
8. Any other sales-related duties assigned.

• Experience in Business Central system will be an advantage.
