Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the consumer electronics industry.
  2. Manage and grow the company's regional channel partners and distribution network.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for channel expansion.
  6. Train and educate channel partners on product features and benefits to enhance sales capabilities.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  9. Support and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  10. Travel within the region to meet channel partners and customers.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partners.
  4. Strong knowledge of the regional consumer electronics market and channel distribution.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  7. Experience in developing and executing channel sales strategies.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Willingness to travel within the region.
  10. Ability to work independently and in a team.
