Lead a cross-functional internal team (e.g., product, business development team and legal) to configure a very complex, high-value tailored or bespoke product solution and associated contractual terms that meet the customer's strategic goals at global level. Present the solution to customer representatives and negotiate agreement with the customer and internal colleagues to ensure that customer needs are met at an acceptable level of commercial risk, or, alternately, review and authorize complex sales proposals to ensure that they are constructed within acceptable commercial and risk parameters.
Business Case Development
Lead the development of business cases and make evidence-based recommendations to senior decision-makers to support decision-making on product development opportunities.
Bid Solicitation/Request for Proposal/Tender Preparation
Lead a team, develop and implement processes, and sign off on requests for bid solicitation request for proposal (RFP) and request for information (RFI) documents on the requester side. Manage and monitor the processes to notify potential bidders.
Product Demos
Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings. Demonstrate the most valuable features/attributes for the product/service, exemplifying how demonstrations should be performed and linked to the customer's most pressing challenges.
Thought Leadership
