The Ideal Candidate Profile:- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, CEO, MD, GM, Head of Strategy, Head of Transformation ideally within the maritime, shipping, or related sectors.
- Experienced in agile project delivery, lean start-up or other experimental approaches to make innovation processes effective and productive.
- Proven experience in building and scaling digital ventures or industrial platforms.
- A deep understanding of the dynamics, challenges, and opportunities within the maritime industry.
- A demonstrable track record of successfully scaling businesses and driving significant revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and balance corporate governance and startup agility
- Comfortable in both board-facing, investor-facing and client-facing environments.
