As a Marketing Manager at Breeze, you’ll support the execution of our brand and marketing strategy across APAC markets, reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing. You’ll work closely with Product and Sales teams to bring our brand to life locally, support go‑to‑market initiatives, and drive engagement with Chinese‑speaking customers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, enjoys hands‑on execution, and has experience marketing technology products in APAC.

We are hiring a Marketing Manager (APAC)!
What You’ll Do
  • Execute brand and marketing initiatives across APAC markets in alignment with global brand strategy
  • Localize brand messaging, content, and campaigns for Chinese‑speaking audiences
  • Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline growth through campaigns, content, and enablement materials
  • Work closely with Product on product marketing initiatives, feature launches, and market feedback loops
  • Manage and grow regional social media, community, and content channels
  • Support go‑to‑market execution for new products, features, and regional expansions
  • Collect customer insights and regional market feedback to inform positioning and product‑market fit
  • Coordinate with external agencies, creators, and partners across APAC as needed
  • Track and report on regional marketing performance and key KPIs
What We’re Looking For
  • 4–7 years of experience in brand, marketing, or product marketing roles, ideally in tech or fintech
  • Native or fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working with APAC customers and understanding regional market dynamics
  • Strong hands‑on experience with content, social, and digital marketing channels
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Product teams in a cross‑functional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, scaling company
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and execution skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or platform‑based products
  • Familiarity with APAC‑specific platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, LINE, or similar)
  • Experience supporting product launches or go‑to‑market initiatives
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners
