About the Role
House+ is a large-scale urban bathhouse and wellness destination in Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for our upcoming launch and ongoing operations.
This role will be responsible for overall marketing ownership, working closely with founders, internal teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand execution and measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for:
- Brand positioning and launch
- Pre-opening, opening, and post-opening campaigns
- Customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Define marketing roadmap, timelines, and KPIs
- Continuously refine strategy based on performance and business needs
2. End-to-End Marketing Ownership
- Serve as the primary owner of all marketing initiatives and outcomes
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
- Ensure timely delivery and quality across all marketing touchpoints
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with management, operations, design, IT, and other internal teams
- Coordinate cross-department inputs to ensure marketing alignment
- Manage dependencies, risks, and changes proactively
4. Vendor & Agency Management
Manage external vendors and agencies, including:
- Website & digital platform partners
- Creative and design agencies
- Social media and content agencies
- Offline media and production partners
- Lead vendor briefing, timelines, and performance evaluation
- Ensure outputs align with brand standards and business objectives
5. Brand & Communications Management
Oversee brand consistency across all channels:
- Website, social media, campaigns, and on-site materials
- Develop and safeguard brand messaging and tone of voice
- Review and approve key marketing and communication assets
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define success metrics and KPIs for marketing initiatives
- Monitor performance, effectiveness, and ROI
- Provide regular reporting and insights to management
7. Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in:
- Hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, F&B, or consumer services
- Proven experience owning end-to-end marketing delivery
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, early-stage or growth environments
- Experience managing complex timelines and multiple workstreams
8. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale venue launches or multi-location brands
- Familiarity with both digital and offline marketing channels
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
