SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Job Description
Your key responsibilities would include (but not limited to):
- Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be leading and managing the Sales & Marketing Team.
- Lead in full scope of marketing and digital marketing work, including marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, design concepts, art direction, producing marketing decks and collaterals etc.
- Full scope of Sales and Business Development work, including collaborations, partnerships and events management.
- To develop new marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products and increase sales.
- To achieve contact and collaborations or partnerships with the different brands or platforms.
- Generate brand recognition and marketing value among the contacts in your networks, leading to successful collaborations and increased sales.
- Planning and arranging contracts for the collaboration partners.
- Drive attraction and retail tourism sales and event sales.
- Oversee Company’s Above The Line campaigns and Below The Line advertising for brand and attraction marketing, including creative conceptualization, copywriting, brochure print, distribution management, campaign roll‑out and performance reporting through close collaboration with Marketing, Sales & BD departments and Ops department and marketing and media agencies.
- Work with team to ensure consistency and accuracy in brand identity and brand marketing.
- Lead long term brand and marketing strategies, provide market insight to create a positive perception of the brand, continuously push and maintain the brand’s position as the Leading Singapore brand in food gifting souvenirs.
- Work closely with team and 3rd party vendors and designers on brand marketing, brand narratives, key messages, conceptualization etc.
- Work closely with team to develop trade marketing strategies and collaterals to maximize brand's presence in the identified overseas market, travel agent partners' platform and across MICE & Trade channels for Tourism.
- Work closely with team to manage and ensure efficient use of Trade Marketing budget to achieve shared B2B goals.
- Support and work with Sales and BD team for regional growth of assigned key markets, (eg. Japan, Asia, India) and proactive preparation for inbound marketing execution according to latest border measures, especially in terms of marketing collaterals and events management.
- Work with Sales and BD team to formulate and implement sales and marketing campaigns in relation to tourism and events.
- Monitor & track campaigns performance.
- Ensure accuracy of online content for all our products.
- Provide market intelligence on overall e‑commerce and business trend of the region.
- Timely & accurate execution of pricing changes via the channel managers.
- Perform online rate audits & resolve disparity disputes amongst partners.
- Work with team to update weekly, monthly sales reports and assist with annual report preparation.
- Work closely with collaborations partners for business development.
- Assist in bringing sales for special event promotion through marketing and campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing.
- Demonstrate experience in building and enhancing websites, SEO/SEM.
- Preferably familiar with coding and Shopify website.
- Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with WeChat, Xiao HongShu and Tik Tok.
- Has excellent command of English (written, verbal and interpersonal), and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Has excellent command of Chinese (written, verbal and interpersonal), and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Strong in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficient in Graphic Design is a plus.
- Preferably have experience in events management.
- Strong team player with initiative and high level of dedication and ability to perform under pressure.
- Able to cope well in a dynamic and challenging work environment as well as with stress and demanding work schedules.
- Ability to work independently and completes given tasks with minimum supervision required.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to identify key marketing and Public Relations strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Confident, meticulous, independent, creative individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness.
- Highly motivated and well organized with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines.
- A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
Working Days/Hours: 5 days week
Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
