Our client is a leading provider of integrated logistics, innovative cutting‑edge automation solutions that help power and optimize the supply chains of some of the world’s most dynamic companies, enabling them to scale with speed, intelligence, and efficiency. We are currently looking for a creative and hands‑on Marketing Manager, Asia to develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives to support business growth across Asia (excluding China). He/she will lead and manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, events, PR, and demand generation) to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This role is based in Singapore, and he/she will act as the key marketing partner to regional sales and business development teams, supporting pipeline growth through targeted campaigns, collateral, key exhibitions and customer engagement initiatives across Asia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual Asia Marketing Budget to ensure cost‑effectiveness and ROI.
- Content – develop strategic messaging, case studies, thought leadership, press releases and other key content, collaborating with local and regional subject matter experts and management.
- Press – build and maintain relationships with key press, manage PR agencies and ensure content is featured in the Asia press with maximum reach in target markets.
- Digital – ensure websites are aligned with local requirements, manage EDMs and emerging digital marketing strategies for maximum targeted reach and engagement.
- Social – develop and disseminate social media across key platforms to ensure maximum reach and engagement, particularly key target markets.
- Events – responsible for all event activities in Asia including webinars, conferences, tradeshows and hybrid/online events.
- Augment marketing activities with marketing automation and AI to drive efficiencies and maximize results.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop, organize, and manage virtual and in‑person marketing campaigns and events to generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaign performance using data‑driven insights.
- As part of APAC regional marketing team deliver internal marketing activities in the APAC region, including employee e‑mail communications, and Town Halls.
- Travel regionally as required to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Professional certification in Media, Marketing or Communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing‑related field, in‑house or agency.
- Excellent project and time management skills, able to multi‑task under pressure.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Skilled in social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, website analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated track record in events management and content creation.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends and opportunities.
- To work closely with Regional and Global Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with regional and global corporate messaging across all platforms.
- Budget development and management.
- Marketing Management experience.
- Regional exposure across Asia. Background in automation, supply chain, or engineering industries is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills to support marketing efforts in Taiwan, working closely with the marketing team in China; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, Marketo, Power BI and CMS.
- Competence in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and organisational levels.
- Creative and detail oriented.
- Proactive team player with ability to work well independently.
- Must be willing and able to travel.
