Job summary

This position will involve managing workplace initiatives and programs tailored for the APAC region while building partnerships with cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess over 5 years of relevant experience in people operations or office management, demonstrating exceptional customer service and project management skills. - 5+ years of experience within Employee Experience, Workplace Experience, Office Operations or HR/People Operations.
- Experience organizing and executing detailed projects across multiple countries and/or time zones.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
- Self-starter; proactive with minimal supervision.
- Good written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for office needs.
- Drive strong partnerships with regional leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Design APAC specific programs and launch global initiatives.
- Operationalize workplace initiatives and programs.
