Job summary
A prominent construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced site manager to oversee infrastructure projects. The role involves managing the construction team, ensuring all work complies with specifications, and liaising with clients and contractors to resolve any issues. Candidates should have a good working attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position requires 6 working days a week and offers the chance to lead significant projects in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in infrastructural projects.
- Experience in construction-related works is an advantage.
- Able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead the site construction team for smooth execution of work.
- Manage site operations and supervise the labor force and contractors.
- Liaise with authorities and clients to resolve commercial issues.
- Ensure all work is per specifications and safety regulations.
