• 5+ years of experience within Employee Experience, Workplace Experience, Office Operations or HR/People Operations.
• Experience organizing and executing detailed projects across multiple countries and/or time zones.
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
• Self-starter; proactive with minimal supervision.
• Good written communication skills.
