Job summary

A global healthcare solutions provider is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to drive integrated business planning across APAC. In this role, you will influence decisions, ensuring alignment between demand and supply while enhancing customer service and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI. This position is open to any location within Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain or planning management.
• Proven experience leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or IBP forums.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian language is a plus.

Job description

Shape the future of supply chain planning across APAC. In this role, you will lead integrated business planning for assigned franchises, driving alignment between demand and supply to ensure exceptional customer service and cost optimization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decisions that impact business performance across the region.

This role is open to any Stryker location in Asia Pacific.

What you will do

• Drive the APAC IBP process, including demand and supply planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and product lifecycle management.
• Lead regional IBP forums such as APAC Franchise Planning Reviews (AFPR) and govern planning processes to improve KPIs like demand accuracy, NRP accuracy, and backorder rates.
• Consolidate and analyze APAC demand and supply data, providing monthly reports on major product lines, growth trends, and supply constraints.
• Develop allocation plans for globally constrained products and improve visibility of supply outlook.
• Coordinate new product launches, last-time buys, and business continuity plans to ensure supply reliability.
• Identify and communicate business risks to stakeholders, escalating as needed to management.
• Partner with global and regional teams to influence allocation decisions and support strategic initiatives.
• Support inventory health improvement and process standardization across APAC and global programs.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain or planning management.
• Proven experience leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or IBP forums.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis; experience with planning tools such as Oracle Demantra, SAP APO, or JDE/Oracle ERP.
• Fluency in English (additional Asian language is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management.
• APICS certification.
• Experience in Life Sciences or MedTech industries.
• International experience working with global plants, suppliers, or sales divisions.
