Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced Associate Manager, HR to support HR operations in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on high-volume hiring and compliance with hiring policies. Qualifications

Job Descriptions:

Support HR operations in a manufacturing environment, with focus on mass hiring, manpower ramp-up, policy compliance, and reporting to meet production needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume hiring for operators, technicians, and support roles
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment contracts
  • Support manpower ramp-up planning aligned with production schedules
  • Track hiring progress, attrition, and fulfillment against targets
  • Coordinate onboarding to ensure timely production readiness
  • Prepare and provide HR and manpower reports to stakeholders and management
  • Conduct annual market review on compensation and hiring trends
  • Support day-to-day HR operations (contracts, confirmation, exits)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
  • Partner with Operations to address manpower gaps and workforce challenges
Job Requirements
  • Min Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • IHRP CP preferred
  • 5+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Experience in mass hiring or ramp-up environments
  • Knowledge in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary Range: $5,500 - $6,500
