Through philanthropic endowments gifted by Temasek and managed by Temasek Trust (TT), TF programmes strive towards achieving positive outcomes for individuals and communities now, and for generations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The TF Programmes Office team reports to the CEO of Temasek Foundation. The Office provides programme inputs and curate programmes through dynamic multi‑sector partnerships including with members of the Philanthropy Asia Alliance.

Reporting to the Acting Head, the Manager/Associate Director (Programmes Office), has the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal; and external stakeholders including the Philanthropy Asia Alliance to support programme curation and management including identifying potential areas for collaboration, evaluating and managing programmes.
  • Provide secretariat support and coordinate regular stakeholder meetings.
  • Keep up to date on the healthcare landscape in Asia and apply systems thinking to current and emerging challenges to better support stakeholders in programme curation and co-development.
  • Travel occasionally to regional locations for programme and engagement purposes
  • The Role includes but is not limited to the above and will undertake any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Good Degree in Business, Social Sciences or Healthcare‑related field.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive and agile individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant experience in programme development and management, preferably in the healthcare sector and in the areas of mother and child health and infectious/pandemic diseases
  • Work experience in Asia and proficiency in an additional Asian language are highly regarded.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce.
