Position : Project Manager / Project Director (A&A / Landed Residential) – Up to $6,500 / $15,000 + VB

Location : Singapore

Working hours :

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Saturday 9am to 1pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) :

• Up to $6,500 (PM) OR Up to $15,000 (PD) + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Medical Claims

Responsibilities

• end to end project delivery from planning, design coordination, execution, monitoring, to handover.
• Manage project schedule, milestones, and work plans; identify risks early and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and drive site-based solutions to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections/audits to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, authority submissions/approvals, and WSH/safety requirements.
• Manage project costs, budgeting, resource planning, and variation/claims administration.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and regular updates to management and clients.
• Drive problem-solving for site challenges, conflicts, and unforeseen delivery issues.

Additional Scope (For Project Director level)

• Set overall project strategy, objectives, master schedule, and delivery plan to achieve cost/time targets.
• Lead senior stakeholder management and negotiations (clients/consultants/contractors/regulatory agencies).
• Mentor and manage project teams (PMs/engineers/site teams) to drive performance and accountability.
• Drive process improvements, post-project reviews, and lessons-learned to improve delivery standards.
  

Requirements

Project Manager Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management or related.
• Min. 8 years construction project management experience, ideally in A&A and landed house projects.
• Familiar with construction processes, contract administration, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office.

Project Director Requirements

• Degree holder with min. 10 years construction experience, including 5 years in senior leadership managing large-scale projects.
• Strong track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities; sound knowledge of SG regulatory/quality/WSH requirements.
