SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

As partners, we offer a comprehensive range of HR Consulting services including recruitment, assessment, development, and training. Our business is divided 60/40 between recruitment and HR Consulting. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with our clients and create value for them.

We work with clients in the Marine, Industrial, Technology, and Life Sciences sectors. Our team operates from Singapore, India, China, New Zealand, Sweden, and the UK.

The responsibilities:

The Senior Consultant will lead projects and business development efforts. You will utilize your expertise in talent acquisition and human capital management to identify client needs in the Asia Pacific Region. You will address talent management challenges and strive to deliver a full range of Human Consulting services. With a primary focus on recruitment, you will also design and lead various strategic human capital projects, supporting client leadership in achieving high-quality human capital management outcomes.

Requirements:

· At least 3 years experience in the recruitment industry.

· Proven track record in building your own client base over the years.

· Passion for business development, relationship building, and networking.

· Desire to work for a company where you can leverage your passion for learning.
