Who Are We Looking For

As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of a team supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will lead a global virtual team of experienced HR professionals across various disciplines. Your responsibilities include strategic development and execution of talent-related priorities, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent in alignment with business objectives. You will also deliver a world-class HR experience to employees and shape company culture.

This role reports to the Senior HR BP Manager COO and has a dual reporting line to the Regional Head of HR APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to a global human capital strategy and execute initiatives to drive business success, focusing on talent management, culture evolution, manager effectiveness, succession planning, and employee experience.
  2. Act as a strategic partner to the COO's senior management team, providing advice, coaching, and counsel.
  3. Support the Senior HR BP Manager COO and the Global HR BPs for GD and GTS in covering the COO population.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues in the GHR-CC team to execute talent priorities including learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, incentives, and diversity and inclusion.
  5. Work as part of a global, cross-functional HR team including HR Business Partners, Country Heads, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  6. Maintain awareness of employee experience, monitor culture, compensation, and well-being, and initiate programs to enhance these areas.
  7. Provide HR expertise on operating models, organizational design, and workforce planning related to business growth.
  8. Serve as the HR Country Head for Singapore and SEA countries.
Job Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in strategy, organizational development, compensation, or talent acquisition within a large, dynamic organization.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in the investment management industry.
  • Expertise in aligning HR strategy with business goals, leading teams, and engaging stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, interpersonal, influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle issues with potential client, reputational, and expense impact.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with management and employees globally.
  • Flexibility to support short-term needs and prioritize initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent education.
