Umami Bioworks is looking to hire an inquisitive, innovative, and independent Sales Managerto join our Commercial team in Singapore full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Identify and develop new customer segments and partnerships across the region
• Manage and grow a pipeline of leads, with a bias toward action and closing
• Collaborate with product teams to refine positioning and offerings
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in consumer products or B2B
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a track record of exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working across diverse cultures and markets in Southeast Asia
• Willing to travel frequently across the region
