Job summary

A leading audiovisual solutions company is seeking a Sales Representative in Singapore to prepare customized sales pitches and manage client relationships. The role requires a minimum of a diploma and communication skills in Mandarin. Responsibilities include submitting weekly sales reports and resolving customer issues, particularly with existing contracts. Sales experience in the AV industry will be an added advantage. Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma.
• Able to speak Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speakers.
• Relevant sales experience in AV industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present sales pitches to customers.
• Submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Manage issues escalated by existing customers.
• Maintain client relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with finance on billing and payments.
