Job description

Our client is a market leaders for Industrial Distribution and Supply Chain Solution. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Key Account Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located at East.

Duties
  • Drive Financial Performance: Lead revenue and margin growth across assigned customer accounts, achieving or exceeding key business targets including EBIT and working capital.

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute effective Key Account Management plans to deliver both short-term and long-term commercial outcomes.

  • Contract & Service Management: Own and manage customer service agreements, ensuring contractual KPIs, cost savings commitments, and pricing accuracy are consistently met.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day account operations, monitor performance metrics, analyse trends, and conduct regular service and business reviews to drive continuous improvement.

  • Growth & Margin Improvement: Act as a change agent by identifying new opportunities, leading margin improvement initiatives, and securing additional business within existing accounts.

  • Collaboration & Governance: Partner closely with internal teams to deliver world-class customer service, ensure compliance with sales policies, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline

  • Proven track record of key account management, providing outstanding supply chain consultation and customer service to customers

  • Understanding of financial concepts such as EBIT and working capital
